"Easy return, just wish the exchange info was clearer"
I ordered a jacket and the sizing was a bit off, so I ended up having to send it back and get a different one. Sorting the return label was easy, and my refund came through a few days after they received it. The only thing is, the exchange details on the site could be a bit clearer. But yeah, overall it was fine. 4 stars from me.

"Absolutely worth it, no question"
I bought a hoodie and an overshirt from stoneisland.com, they’re ridiculously well made. The fabric feels thick and solid, the stitching is super clean, and the fit was exactly what I expected. It’s definitely not cheap, but I’m 100% convinced you can feel where the money goes the second you put it on. I’ve already washed the hoodie a few times and it still looks great, no weird shrinking, no fading, nothing. I have zero doubt this stuff is built to last

I’ve always liked Stone Island, and the badge is still a big reason I buy the stuff. It’s clean, easy to spot, and it just makes the jacket look better. That said, the badge on my last piece didn’t feel as sharp as the older ones I have. The stitching was a little off, which was disappointing considering the price. I even mentioned it, but it kind of felt like nobody actually read what I wrote. It’s not terrible and it still looks good on the jacket, but I expected better quality control. Not a bad buy, just didn’t really wow me

I’ve washed it twice now, followed the care tag like it said, and it came out looking totally fine both times. Like i said, no issues so far and it still looks great.

It definitely isn’t cheap, no doubt about that, but the sweatshirt I got feels really well made and the fit is better than a lot of brands I usually buy. Delivery wasn’t bad either. I still don’t think some of the prices aren’t a little too high, but overall I can’t say I don’t feel okay paying for it.

I was kinda surprised that most of the sizes were still available, even for the stuff I figured would sell out quick. I found the jacket I wanted in my size without having to wait around for restock alerts or anything like that. Checkout was easy too. Always nice when a site actually has what it says it has.

"Good overall experience"
Bought a jacket and ran it through the Stone Island authenticity check, and it came back legit quickly, which was reassuring. The site was fairly easy to use overall. Delivery took a little longer than I’d expected, but nothing too major. All in all, a decent experience.

"Decent order, but check your items"
I ordered from stoneisland and the package showed up in good condition, so that part was fine. The main piece was exactly right, size and color matched what I picked, but one small accessory wasn’t the one I ordered. It wasn’t the end of the world, but for the price, it definitely felt annoying. I also felt a bit pressured having to chase customer service and keep following up to get it sorted. They did fix it eventually, but it took longer than I expected. Overall, it was okay, but I’d definitely double check everything as soon as it arrives

I’ve had this jacket for about a year now, and from a distance it still looks nice. But the cuffs and zipper are definitely more worn than I expected. It’s not even about it looking brand new forever, I just figured for the price it would hold up a bit better over time...

"Reliable Delivery, Just a Little Slow on Updates"
I ordered a jacket from stoneisland the delivery was solid. I got the tracking info quickly and the parcel showed up right when it said it would, which I REALLY appreciated. Packaging was totally fine too, no damage or anything. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the updates were a bit slow at the beginning, but overall it was a good experience.

"Super comfy, just a little pricey"
I got a Stone Island sweatshirt and the first thing I noticed was the fabric, it just feels really nice. Like soft, but not flimsy, if that makes sense. It still has a bit of structure to it, so it doesn’t feel cheap or scratchy at all. I’ve worn it for pretty much a full day and didn’t get annoyed by it, which is always a good sign. The fit is comfortable too, not too tight or awkward. I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because the price is definitely up there, but in terms of comfort and quality, I’m happy with it

"Finally, Some Decent Craftsmanship"
The craftsmanship is really solid. The stitching is clean and neat, which is apparently not something you can just expect anymore these days. It’s such a small detail, but when it’s done right, it makes the whole thing feel way more well-made. No loose threads, no messy seams, none of that annoying stuff. Impressed.

The designs are so clean, it’s almost unfair. They fit super comfortably, and somehow they look amazing with literally everything I wear. I threw them on once and suddenly my whole outfit felt like it had been saved from disaster
